I am a research student at the Intelligent Robotics Laboratory at Osaka University. I have been working closely with Professor Hiroshi Ishiguro since September 2015. I am particularly interested in the use of computer science technology that promotes empathic human relationships and reduces human conflicts in various inter-relational contexts. I hope to contribute towards a world filled with kindness and compassion.
Also, I am a student editor at the Journal of the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence and an Associate at the DG Lab. I previously interned at the Panasonic Silicon Valley Laboratory for a half year. I did a year of exchange at the Division of Engineering Science in University of Toronto. In addition, I founded "AIR (Artificial Intelligence Research)," one of the biggest associations of AI for young researchers and students in Japan.
